Terms & Conditions

1. Spaces in each group are limited meaning bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. 2 In the situation that a group is full, your child will be added to the waiting list and contacted when a space becomes available. 3. Full course fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable Failure to provide sufficient payment prior to the commencement of the first session of the booking will result in your child being removed from future sessions. Bookings are not confirmed until payment is received. 4. Mini Monks sessions are to be booked for a course and not on a pay as you go situation. Arriving on the day of a session could result in your child being turned away and unable to participate in the session. 5. Mini Monks coaches are approved, and police checked by the criminal records bureau (CRB/DBS). 6. Mini Monks do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any injury, loss or damage to personal property or effects. 7. Mini Monks will take responsibility of your child ten minutes prior to the commencement of the course. 8. Mini Monks reserve the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In such an event, either a refund will be given, or an alternative session will be offered in lieu. 9. Mini Monks reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate. 10. On occasions, Mini Monks or their representative may take photographs for promotional purposes only. If you do not consent tov your child being photographed and being used on our social media, please ensure you provide this information on the booking form and update this in due course. 11. The details provided on this booking form will be held on file for Mini Monks administration purposes only. Upon agreement, you can be contacted by Mini Monks in relation to upcoming events and courses. 12. We hold the right to change the location of a session and will contact people in advance. 13. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions due to your own circumstances. 14. Ensure all medical conditions have been provided to the coaches prior to their first session.
